Decided to go Istana since the last time we went was before Beatrice was born?
Brought my camera but battery was flat. :(

I cannot believe my eyes, the grandparents of the PRC are using this fountain as a waterplay area!!
And this is Istana where the president of Singapore stays. Totally spoilt my day with that sight.
